The doc and tech got down on the floor on his level for the entire exam. My boy was quite happy to be held and hugged and offered a treat throughout the exam. He did briefly make himself at home when he got out of the exam room and trotted through the back of the clinic without a care. Excellent first visit. The Vet was knowledgeable, empathetic, answered all my questions, and explained everything in detail. When I got to the office I was really frazzled because the community cat I was trying to bring in was late for her morning meal and I barely had time to arrive late for my appointment. The person running the front desk was understanding, friendly, and put me at ease. When we were talking at the end of the appointment I learned that she was the vet's mom. They aren't like family here, they ARE family. 😁 My previous vet for 20 years retired and recommended them highly and she was right. I recently did a drop off appointment for my dog and love that they don’t charge extra as I cannot take off a day from work, unfortunately. They gave my Little One excellent attention and care. They are very communicative with pricing and I really love how they reach out by text to give me updates, that is the best way instead of waiting for an email. I highly recommend this vet! I was going to another for 15 years and they recently switched how they work, so I searched for one close to me and I’m not disappointed at what I found!
